Khandro Kunzang returns to NoVA in September

Khandro Kunzang will be back in McLean, Virginia, to offer hour-long Reiki sessions from September 20-23. Sessions are available from 9:00 am to noon, and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Sessions are $80 and will be held at Julie Thomas’s residence in McLean. Directions will be given at the time of scheduling.

NEW Workshop! Awakening Your Light Body

McLean, Virginia
Khandro Kunzang will lead a one-day class on developing awareness and sensitivity to the chakras and subtle body.
Using guided meditation, special breathing techniques, sound and movement, we will explore the five major energy centers, increasing our awareness and sensitivity to them. This class is especially helpful for those students who have taken Buddho-Enersense classes with me, as it will deepen your experience of the Buddho breathing practice.
However, the class is open to anyone who wishes to develop more awareness and sensitivity to their subtle body.
Cost: $100.
A $25 deposit is required to hold your spot. The class is limited to 20 participants.

Importance of Life with Cancer volunteer work

To All of my Dearest Reiki Colleagues,

I have recently been volunteering at Life with Cancer the last few months.  They have informed us that they have been struggling to get practitioners to volunteer lately, the last 4-5 months, an(d) they have had to be canceling slots for their clients/patients.

I wanted to encourage all of you to revisit why we do Reiki, including myself because the message I’m going to share with you below got sent to me today (see note below) and I felt that I was “not necessarily present” last night and WOW what a surprise that Reiki worked through me anyways.

I’m so happy I went last night even through our busy schedules seem to take priority BUT again “wow” I’m in awe of the gift we were given and am able to share with the universe.
